Passionate leader with 25+ year-experience in finance, management, social innovation, business strategy, product development, human development, partnerships and start-ups.

I currently structure and lead experiential strategy programs for clients to live through a personal and professional transformational change process. I combine my passion and training in system dynamics, futures thinking, adventure learning and social entrepreneurship to deliver personalized transformational change curriculums.

Highlights and accomplishments:

- Funded and inspired over 100 social impact initiatives using a systems dynamics, futures thinking and social innovation academic program called: The Academy of Agents of Change.

- Managed business conglomerate of 10+ companies in commercial, aviation, real estate, agri-business and services industries; directed conglomerate through a culture, management and generational transition phase.

- Co-founder and President of Outward Bound Ecuador. Led School from initial exploratory license in 2006 to formal license in 2011. Board Member of Outward Bound International (OBI) from 2011 to 2017. 

- Designed, developed and trademarked Lonesome George & Co., a sustainable lifestyle apparel brand inspired by Galapagos Islands conservation icon to fund educational programs at community level.

- Included in the list of “100 Visionary Leaders” by Real Leaders Publication in 2015 for my education vision in developing and implementing the MIND SHIFT IMPACT approach to social impact. 

- Produced and managed a storytelling, multimedia, awareness and action campaign on Lonesome George and Co. and Agents-of-Change in collaboration with Viacom International, MTV Americas. 

- Ted Talk: Outfitting Agents of Change. Invited to deliver a talk at TedxCoconutGrove on the inspiration behind the Agents-of-Change program in Miami, FL.

- Led award-winning YPO Latin American Leadership Seminar (LALS’06) on “Multiple Bottom Line Businesses and Alternative Futures”
